WHAT IS IFRD?
International Female Ride Day® (IFRD) is a movement to celebrate women in motorsport and encompasses motorcyclists in over 120 countries worldwide. IFRD is a registered trademark and has become a Global initiative formed by Motoress in the USA in 2007 and has grown over the last 19 years.
This year we celebrate the 20th edition to be held on the 2nd of May 2026, so hop on your motorcycle and join other women in Gauteng in the #IFRDwomenaccelerate and #JUSTRIDE campaign.
Presented by the local motorcycle dealers, there are various mass ride starting points throughout Gauteng. Join the ride from your region or with your riding club, at the selected starting point options, to ride together to the end destination at Grand Central Airport, Midrand.
